Any requests for exchanges after delivery would be regarded as returns.
The products that you wish to exchange can be returned, and once we receive it at our warehouse the price of the product will be refunded to you or stay as a store credit. Thereafter, you can place a separate order for the product you wish to exchange to. Please, note that we do not reserve items, and be ready that the item could be sold out at the moment of the return.
Or you can return us the item you want to exchange and concurrently place an order and pay for it. We will ship a new order and after receiving the return we will send the refund for the returned item.
Shipping charges on exchanged merchandise are at customer’s expense. Please, note that we will charge the additional shipping on exchanges.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 10-day period following the reception at our warehouse.
